Tapered roller bearings mainly bear radial and axial combined loads. Bearing load capacity depends on the raceway angle of the outer ring, the greater the angle, the greater the load capacity. This type of bearing is a separate bearing. It is divided into single-row, double-row and four-row tapered roller bearings according to the number of rows of rolling elements in the bearing. The clearance of single-row tapered roller bearings needs to be adjusted by the user during installation; the clearances of double-row and four-row tapered roller bearings have been given at the factory according to user requirements, and no user adjustment is required.
Tapered roller bearings have tapered inner and outer ring raceways, tapered rollers are arranged between the two. The projection lines of all conical surfaces converge at the same point on the bearing axis. This design makes tapered roller bearings particularly suitable for bearing complex (radial and axial) loads. The axial load capacity of the bearing is mostly determined by the contact angle α; the larger the angle α, the higher the axial load capacity. The size of the angle is expressed by the calculation factor e; the greater the value of e, the greater the contact angle, the greater the applicability of the bearing to bear axial loads.
1. Requirements for the use of equipment:
(1) Before operating the equipment independently, employees should participate in equipment safety operation procedures, maintenance knowledge training, and obtain the operation certificate before they can operate on the machine.
(2) Operators should do "three good" and "four meetings":
"Three good" means to manage the equipment well, use the equipment well and maintain the equipment well;
"Four meetings" will use the equipment, will maintain the equipment, will inspect the equipment, and will eliminate general faults.
(3) The "five disciplines" of equipment operators:
A. Carry out fixed-person and fixed-machine operation, use the equipment with the operation certificate, and strictly abide by the safety operation regulations;
B. Always keep the equipment neat and tidy, add oil according to regulations to ensure reasonable lubrication;
C. Comply with the daily check and shift system;
D. Manage tools and accessories, and do not lose them;
E. If an abnormality is found, stop the vehicle immediately for inspection. If you cannot handle the problem, you should report it in time and work with the maintenance personnel to eliminate it.
